here is my recipe contribution for try-it-tuesday. i found this on kraft foods website and it is SO easy! see other recipes by clicking here.
crisp & creamy baked chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
6 T shake n bake extra crispy (1/2 a pouch...but, i usually use the whole pouch)
2 c. instant rice
2/3 c. condensed cream of celery soup (1/2 of 10 3/4oz can, but i usually use the whole can)
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar & monterrey jack cheese
coat chicken w/shake n bake and place in greased 13x9 dish.
bake 20 min or until chicken is cooked through.
meanwhile, cook rice as directed.
beat soup & milk w/ wire whisk until well blended. pour evenly over chicken, sprinkle with cheese.
bake additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted & sauce is bubbly.
serve with rice.

Hi Becky! It's been a while. I found your blog through Elise's. It's crazy how many people have blogs, but nice so that we can see what everyone has been up to for the last 11 years! Your family is adorable! You'll have to stop in and visit our blog when you get a minute.
