we're back! and we survived 12-days with 5 kids under 5! and i learned oh so many things.
1-one sure way to keep 5 kids happy for a good 10 minutes is to pull out some popsicles!
2-the "hair drawer" is VERY intimidating to me! and i have a lot to learn about doing little girls hair.

3-bathing 5 kids is a BIG TASK.
4-brothers and sisters can be "tight" too! even when the other is SICK!
5-2 1/2 yr old little girls can have more fashion and color sense than a grown woman. i can't even count how many times morgan told me the hair thingys i was choosing to put her in her did not match. (;
6-2 1/2 yr old little girls LOVE to pick out their own clothes and change SEVERAL times a day.

Hilarious! LOL! Loved the head in the bowl shot. Kate's got her own head in the bowl tonight. ARghhh....! So glad you survived the week, but we're sad you're not just around the corner any more. We'll miss you.
What a riot! I love the photos to go along with it! You are a tropper! Way to go!!!
Way to go Becky!!! I am intimidated by the hair accessory drawer too! Great photos, and what a super mom you are for 5 kids for those 12 days! I bet they will miss you!
He he! The whole changing clothes thing.. yep, all a part of having a girl! Can't tell you how many princess dresses got pulled out every day and it seemed like every 10 minutes a new dress was being put on.
I loved reading this! Seriously! You are great! And, such a good mom!
Welcome home!
Becky - all I can say is YOU ARE AMAZING :) Actually, I guess I can say more ... you are my hero and we love you! Thank you for caring for our children! It's fun to see these photos although I'm embarrassed that my "hair drawer" isn't very organized - that's on my list of "To Do's"! Your kids are adorable and what troopers to share their mommy (and daddy - don't dads just make the best horseys!) THANKS AGAIN to ALL of you!
Wow... note to self: do not attempt to EVER have 5 kids under 5! (or maybe even 5 kids for that matter!) You are a super woman. I bet being back home with two almost seems like a vacation now... well, maybe not quite. Popsicles are life savers in this house too. Isn't it hilarious how are kids really notice the little things we do everyday!? Who'd have thought a 2 1/2 year old payed attention to how we made the bed, or what we put in their hair!? Thanks for posting!
