saturday morning, 8:45am, we were all back at my parents house and ready for another day packed with fun. since we were all together (37 of us) we planned to have our family pictures taken in my parents front yard. hattie bates came and did a fabulous job! we can't wait to see the pictures. the wind was blowing, so that kept things very interesting.
after the photo session we all enjoyed a great pancake (topped with chokecherry syrup), bacon, sausage, and egg breakfast courtesy of my dad. it's quite an undertaking to feed such an army, so thank you mom and dad for all your work (and food). YUMMY!
after digesting our food we packed some lunches and made our way to tautphaus park for the remainder of the day. after lunch my brother, jarom, gave all the kids a tennis lesson. it was so cute to watch all those kids on the court! thank you jarom! the kids LOVED IT!
