owen has really enjoyed this school year. owen loves to learn, but i think his awesome teacher had a lot to do with his enjoyment. he ADORED mr. mckinney!
owen came home with a perfect report card and only missed two spelling words the entire school year. he has a great mind and i hope he will always apply himself.
his proudest accomplishment was being the only one in his class to receive a "perfect attendence" pin. he wore it proudly for DAYS. such a funny little guy.
we all went to his classroom program the last week of school. the kids did a play and owen was the sloth. they also learned sign language for home on the range and sang it while their teacher played the guitar. such a treat!

What a fun class! Did he enjoy having a male teacher? Looks like quite the group!
