by now madalyn is nearly three months old, but i wanted to update on her 2 month appointment.
she is growing like a...flower (we don't like the word weed around here...to many weeds in the yard)!
weight: 12 lbs 3 oz
height: 22 3/4 inches
head: 15 3/4 inches
she passed her milestones with flying colors and her pediatrician was very impressed! and i must say, i was really impressed with her pediatrician. i think i finally found someone i like. dr. edwards at the pediatric center does an amazing job. while he was examining her it felt more like he was just playing with madalyn while having a little conversation with her.
she is cooing like a bird and smiles quite a bit (especially when her daddy talks to her).
she follows objects with her eyes and has good head control.
she doesn't mind her tummy time, the boys call it her tummy exercise.
and in just the last week she has started sleeping 8 hrs at night. i love that.
she loves to hold onto things, especially owen's hand. she really loves when owen and wesley come around and talk to her. but, i think she is still a little intimidated by wesley. (;
this stage comes and goes way to FAST!

Yes, I agree, way too fast!!!! I am gaining a greater understanding why people have more than a few kids!!!
She is so CUTE!!! I need to come take pictures of her, hint, hint:) LOL I LOVE the pediatric center!! We go see Dr. Hatch and he's awesome too! I'll warn you though, stay away from DR. Olsen. I do not like him!:P All of the other dr's are great though!:) The time does go by really fast! I can't believe she's almost 3 months already!!
She is so adorable! Sounds like she is doing amazing and stealing hearts already...that's what girls do;)
She is so cute!!! We keep trying to get up there but my kids just can't get over their stupid colds!!! Maybe sometime soon.
