halloween

even though we were in the middle of moving on halloween weekend we were still able to scare us up some fun!

thursday night we went to kevin's work for a little halloween carnival. kevin works at a skilled nursing facility so there are lots of "older" people that live in the building he does therapy at so they were all lined up outside their rooms handing out candy. the boys were HOOKED up in the treat department! and in the cafeteria they had all sorts of fun games and treats for the kids to enjoy.

kevin's sister, rosanne, came friday afternoon to stay the weekend with us. it was so nice having her around to help unpack, entertain the boys, and to spend time with. we worked her hard! and friday night we free loaded at the trunk-or-treat that my parent's ward puts on. i always love seeing people from my home ward.

ok...are you ready for one of the best parts about halloween? friday, as i was pulling up to our new home to start unpacking, my neighbor walked over to introduce herself and it a good friend from high school! it has been years since we have seen each other. i almost died! how lucky am i? what are the chances...seriously?!
