i TOTALLY forgot to show the best part about this mantle. and dustin designed it himself. we just told him we wanted shelves to put the equipment on and he went above and beyond by creating a hidden shelf.

Now THAT is absolutely ingenious!! If only Dustin could come to Texas and create something for us. :) And don't worry painting won't be so terrifying. Just go with your gut when you pick a color, and if you need to try a sample jar. Good luck!
